The Days Leading Up to Thanksgiving

Due to the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, I'm working at church during the whole school day on Monday-Wednesday this week. This, in addition to the hours I worked on Sunday, will mean that, even with not working on Thursday or Friday, I will still make my required hours for the week.

Today some women from church came in and helped me collate the newsletter, seal it, and put address labels on. I got some of the Thanksgiving service bulletins run off and will finish the rest up tomorrow as well as run the announcement and service bulletins for Sunday.

E had cheerleading practice on Monday, but basketball practices for this week are cancelled due to the blood drive in the gym today and Thanksgiving.

I went back in the evening after Josh came home and gave blood. I don't know why, but the last few times I've done so, I feel lightheaded afterwards and have to sit in the chair for a bit and drink soda or juice before getting up. I mentioned it tonight to the lady who'd drawn my blood when I was done, and she said next time to tell them that and ask for a Coke before I give or during it so that I don't feel lightheaded. It's just strange because it never used to happen to me. Oh, well!

F helped me make some pumpkin bread last night. G helped, too, but I didn't get a picture of him.
