
We used the strawberries from our strawberry patch to make 4 different recipes of strawberry jam ... 1 batch of strawberry rhubarb jam (using rhubarb my grandparents generously gave us when we went there on Father's Day), 1 batch of strawberry with liquid pectin, 1 batch of sugar-free strawberry and powdered sugar-free pectin and some white grape juice, and 1 batch without pectin. We'll see which version we like the best!
Then I also baked 2 loaves of rhubarb bread and a strawberry rhubarb pie. Yum!

yeah for you! We've wanted to can salsa, but again, never have done it and don't quite know where to start.

ReplyDeleteCongrats! I attempted a few times at jam and jelly only to find out my kids really didn't like it. I gave up a long time ago.
