This afternoon E, J, F, S, and I went to a concert in a local park while G went with Josh to his work (G didn't want to come, and Josh had a bunch of work to get done.). S fell asleep in the van on the drive there and slept in my arms for all but the last 15-20 min of the concert.
The band was a contemporary Christian band whose songs are mainly traditional hymn lyrics sung to their familiar melodies (although the tempo and timing is often varied) and new, more modern settings. They were very good, and I really enjoyed it. I especially liked their rendition of All Praise to Thee, My God, This Night, one of my favorite hymns.
